I am a Certified Spinal Flow® Practitioner, Certified Rolfer®, Licensed Esthetician, Certified Emotion Code, Certified Body Code and certified Touch for Health Practitioner. I am a graduate of the Energy Medicine Training with The Four Winds Society by Dr. Alberto Villodo. I have been practicing bodywork for 40 years, starting as a massage therapist, then as an esthetician (facials and skin care), and now since 2010, a Certified Rolfer. I received my certification in Spinal Flow in 2024.

Clients-please be ready to start AT your session time. Arrive a few minutes early to take care of bathroom needs,  payment and scheduling. I cannot make up for lateness.

Rolfing sessions are approximately one hour. Sometimes the body says "enough" before one hour and I honor that.

Each session is $150.00 Cash, check or PayPal only. For PayPal it is $155. I do not take credit cards.
